Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join school districts in Bradenton, FL, for the 20252026 school calendar year. This full-time, contract role offers an excellent opportunity to support student communication and academic success.
Position Type: Full-Time | School-Based | Contract
Pay Rate: Starting at $47/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services and document progress

Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams

Ensure compliance with IDEA and Florida state regulations
Federal and Florida State Requirements:
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited university

Valid Florida Professional Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Completion of all required background screenings, including FDLE and FBI

Authorization to work legally in the United States
